Ann Tucker
Ann Tucker was named Greater Portland Health’s Chief Executive Officer in 2018 after serving as the Chief Financial Officer since 2012. She has spent the last 11 years collaborating with the Greater Portland Health team and board of directors to provide high quality patient-centered healthcare that is accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive in the Greater Portland community. She has more than 30 years of diverse leadership experience in healthcare, insurance, transit, and retail. Ann received her associate degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern Maine before receiving her Master of Science in Administration from Saint Michael’s College. She is honored to work in a community health center supporting our mission, team, patients, and community.
Renee Fay-LeBlanc, MD, FACP
Dr. Renee Fay-LeBlanc has served as Chief Medical Officer at Greater Portland Health since June 2014. Dr. Renee graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2003 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York University in 2006. Prior to joining Greater Portland Health, she worked at Maine Medical Partners Cape Elizabeth Internal Medicine for 8 years. Dr. Renee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, a Fellow in the American College of Physicians, and a McAfee Fellow through the Hanley Center for Health Leadership. Born and raised in Portland, Dr. Renee is honored to provide excellent healthcare to those most in need.
Bob Zager
Bob joined Greater Portland Health in June 2019. Bob is an experienced public and nonprofit finance and project management professional, having directed finance and human resources at a network of public high schools serving at-risk youth and managed the first randomized controlled trial of child development accounts. Bob earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He is proud to live and work in the Greater Portland community and be a part of a team committed to quality and accessible patient care.
Cassandra Cote Grantham
Cassandra Cote Grantham joined Greater Portland Health as Chief Operating Officer in 2022. She brings 15 years of healthcare and nonprofit leadership experience in Maine to this role, specifically in the areas of pediatrics, clinic operations, community partnerships and quality improvement. She received her Master of Arts in Health Communication from Emerson College in collaboration with Tufts University Medical School after completing her Bachelor of Arts at Colby College. Cassandra additionally earned her Graduate Certificate in Medical Education Leadership from the University of New England, and completed a Hanley Center for Health Development Leadership Program. A lifelong Mainer, Cassandra is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of caring for the communities that Greater Portland Health serves. She lives in Falmouth with her husband, daughter and son, who keep her busy with youth sports and other activities. Together, they enjoy taking advantage of all the Maine outdoors has to offer.
